Regina is Who I Am

Growing up in Regina and a love for the City and its people has made my decision to live, work and raise a family here natural.  Hard work, determination and a quiet unselfish quality embodied the spirit of the people who came here from long distances to build our homes, schools and churches.  This spirit is seen on the faces and in the kind actions of the people we meet everyday on the streets and in our community.   Regina helps me remain grounded, focused and in touch.

Family

My wife Lisa and I have lived in Cathedral for over 15 years and are comforted by the sense of community, history and beauty it provides.   Our home was one of the first built in Regina and oozes character and charm.  Tree lined streets and beautiful homes provide the perfect backdrop for long walks with Lisa and my two amazing children. 

Background

I have spent the last 15 years working in local media and have enjoyed the many lifelong friendships that have come.  During that time I have been involved in rental housing and have bought, rejuvenated and sold over 20 properties.  I have consider it an apprenticeship as it has allowed me to gain first hand knowledge of the essential elements that come together to make a house a home.  From flooring to finishing I have done all of the repairs myself providing a sense of satisfaction and pride that is immeasurable.   As a result of a lifetime of learning I started my own business assisting people with home repairs and renovations.  My greatest satisfaction comes from helping my customers prepare their homes for sale.  Selling a home is a stressful time and I am able to use my experience to guide others and help meet their individual goals.   With good advice and good execution come great results.

Why Real Estate?

I find Real Estate exciting on two levels.  First and foremost I have a passion for houses.  That may sound simple but it's something that I can not escape.  I love taking the time answers questions or simply talk about housing, from construction to design to marketing and selling.  Second is how technology - listings at my fingertips, marketing tools for my sellers, and the ability to be connected 24/7 -helps to enhance the mission.  Well informed buyers and sellers make timely and profitable decisions.

Most of all, I look forward to helping you  sell or buy a home with as little stress as possible (who couldn't use a little less stress!)
