The weather may be sizzling in Eastern Canada and summer is showing signs of settling in out West, but the talk of the town is Regina's youngest real estate company, EXIT Realty Fusion.
According to a story in The Leader-Post this week, the Association of Regina Realtors® reported that "340 homes were sold in Regina and area in June." Of that 340, EXIT Realty Fusion sold 51 of them.
"That gives us 15 percent of the market share of homes sold in June, which is an incredible 15 percentage," said EXIT Realty Fusion's Director of Operations and Finance, Connie Vann. "It's just an amazing accomplishment for such a young company."
Not only that, but EXIT Realty Fusion's claim to be the fastest growing real estate company in the city is backed by yet another incredible statistic. In the last 11 weeks, EXIT Realty Fusion has hired 13 agents and is zeroing in on the 50-agent mark.
EXIT Realty Canadian President Joyce Paron summed it all up by saying, "Wow! That is consistent hustle."
EXIT Realty Fusion EcoBrokerTM Loretta Hughes said a number of factors played into the startling figures of growth.
"We have only been in business in Regina for just over two years," she said. "We started out with two agents. But as time went on and as our agents developed and gained confidence so did the number of sales. More and more now, agents from other companies are taking a real interest in what makes EXIT Realty Fusion so different and so enjoyable to work for. They are beginning to feel as if they are missing something in their careers, and we have it here. And, our clients are finding out that we are totally prepared when we go to sell a house or find a house for someone to buy. Our training is also second to none in the business in North America. I worked in real estate for 17 years and I have learned more in the two years I've carried the EXIT flag. And, we've only just begun."
