Exit Realty Fusion has not even been a part of Regina's real estate scene for a year, yet it has already changed the face of buying and selling homes. Owned by Broker, Loretta Hughes and her husband, Bob, Exit Realty Fusion is the first brokerage in Saskatchewan and one of the few in Canada to adopt a "green" personality. Loretta has already become a Certified EcoBroker® after successfully completing the EcoBroker® designation program for licensed real estate professionals. All of her agents will soon carry the EcoBroker® designation as well. "Our society has become very conscious of environmental issues," Loretta, a lifelong resident of Saskatchewan said. "I felt it was so important for those of us involved in real estate to become very aware of how environmental concerns affect home sales."

Loretta's sales team, backed by the best administrative group in the city, is a mixture of experienced and new agents. The list of agents continues to grow with more agents leaving long-time Regina real estate companies to join her energetic and innovative team. As well, more new people are taking courses to become real estate agents. Exit Realty is a relative newcomer to the real estate industry in North America. Owned by Canadian Steve Morris, Exit Realty began operating franchises in the United States 10 years ago when the market there was booming. Five years ago, Steve began opening franchises in Canada, beginning in the Maritimes, where Exit Realty has grown so quickly it is now either number one or among the top real estate companies in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.
